Hazel began singing professionally at the age of 16 and her love of travel and music soon took her overseas with various musical projects.
Greater Manchester born Hazel, 26, was brought up around the musical influences of her mother and stepfather, both professional musicians for 20+ years. In the short space of 5 years, Hazel was running and performing in a professional internationally touring 5-piece band, Makerfield.
After graduating from Salford University with a first class BA HONS in Music, alongside touring with Makerfield, Hazel moved on to songwrite and actively work in the studio.
Hazel's main focus is her work towards becoming a session vocalist. She is currently working as a demo vocalist for top-line writers/producers and fulfilling live performance contracts in the UK and overseas as a solo performer. Hazel also gigs with new Southern based line up of her band Makerfield, and as a backing vocalist for Kiina and Pete Bennett and the Love Dogs.
